Please be sure to fill out a
RotoMasters
Certified Training Registration Request Form to
request your seat(s) for your desired class(es). Once your
request is processed, you will receive your seat confirmation(s) for the class(es). Seats are limited and training classes fill up quickly; so
please do not make travel arrangements until you receive confirmation that you are registered for the class.
Air Travel
The Dallas area is served by two airports: DFW International and Dallas Love Field.
DFW is directly across the highway from Rotobrush. Dallas Love Field is approximately 17 miles away from Rotobrush. For those students needing to depart Friday after the class, schedule flights after 6:00 or 6:30 pm. Friday traffic is congested.
Ground Transportation
There is no public transportation that will transport you to Rotobrush. If you are not driving, you will need to either rent a car or take a cab from the airport. Please note, if you use the hotel we recommend, they will provide shuttle services to/from the airport, and to/from Rotobrush the day of training. Please contact the hotel to arrange the times and obtain details on the shuttle service and when it will be needed.
Nearby Hotel
We recommend the Comfort Suites. They offer pickup and drop off to and from DFW International airport, and a shuttle service to and from Rotobrush training. Our first half of the Training class is at Comfort Suites please get with the front desk for the specified area for the class on that designated day. They also offer shuttle service available for dinner. Just be sure to check with the front desk to confirm. Refer to “Rotobrush Training” when making your reservation. Please call and make your own reservations at least
30 days in advance. This will assure you get a room.
If an alternative hotel is chosen, you are responsible for your own local transportation.
If you are traveling to the airport directly from Rotobrush after the class, check out in the morning and bring your gear to Rotobrush.
Location & Time: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. 1st half of class is at the Comfort Suites, 2nd half of class is at our facility.

Exit the Love Field airport and turn right onto Mockingbird Lane. Follow the signs to I-35E North, travel on I-35E and exit 635 West via EXIT 440C on the LEFT toward DFW AIRPORT. Take the BASS PRO DR exit, EXIT 36B. Turn RIGHT onto BASS PRO DR. Turn LEFT onto ENCHANTED WAY. End at 1805 Enchanted Way Grapevine, TX 76051-1986. From Dallas/Ft. Worth International Airport to Comfort Suites
From north end of DFW Airport take INTERNATIONAL PKWY N becomes TX-121 N. Take the BASS PRO DR exit. Turn RIGHT onto BASS PRO DR. Turn LEFT onto ENCHANTED WAY. End at 1805 Enchanted Way Grapevine, TX 76051-1986. Estimated Time: 11 minutes Estimated Distance: 7.80 miles

In order to obtain the best overall training experience, please make sure that you use your equipment, at least once, before you attend your training class - even if it means that you clean your own home or business’s air ducts. Please make note of any questions that you have, and we will answer them during training.
